This home was damaged during Hurricane Ian. The asking price includes repairs of the roof, the lanai and the carport. If you wish to offer something lower and do the work yourself, we are open to that option, but plan to complete it. Installing a rubber roof and a treated lumber lanai. We are including a copy of the past walk thru and will provide the new version when completed. We plan for the home to be ready for the coming season. If you wish to purchase and pick your own finishes, we could work something out in that regard. We will be replacing all appliances and all bathrooms. Fresh interior and complete the lanai.
