This is the largest home located in one of the nicer 55+ GATED commuities in central Florida. If fishing is your thing Polk County has over 1000 lakes to choose from but no need to travel all the county, the fishing just across the way in Clinch lake is PASS HAVEN! Crappie can be cought in MANY of the other nearby lakes. The neighbors will be happy to share a few great fishing spots. Your monthly lot fee uncludes water, sewer, trash, lawn care, taxes, club house with heated pool, and yummy get togethers to meet, greet, and eat several times a year.
