The place is adorable and Ramblers Rest seems to have incredible amenities that's why I chose this community. Lot rent is around $880. There is a heated pool, jaccuzzi, pickle bar court, bocci ball, shuffle board, boat ramp, kayak launch, club house, dog runs, weight room, on sight laundry, there is a washer dryer hook ups. This is a 5 Star RV resort. Looking for a quick sale so list price is currently half of what everything is currently listed. Main house is 400 sqft and the patio is around 300 sqft it is completely insulated and has air conditioning. You could easily turn it in to a second bedroom. There is a storage shed in the back. We did not choose to put a stove in but there is a cooktop. I think this is everything. I don't want to rent it. So please don't ask. This is a lovely tiny home was purchased and redone for mom. Only to realize assisted living is a better option. A lot of heart went in to it.
