RENT DETAILS: This unit will be ready for rent on 5/1 (that date will likely change) and we will look for immediate occupancy. The rent is $1,200 per month, which includes the lot fee. Tenants will be responsible for their electricity, trash pickup, and cable/wifi. Each lot has its septic system. There is one community water meter which we receive the bill for and then we divide it equally between each occupied lot (the bill is typically around $30-50 per month). To be approved, you will need to fill out an application. The application fee is $40. Our rental requirements are as follows: you must have a clean background, no eviction or bankruptcy history, a credit score of 600+, and make over 2.5 times the rental amount in verifiable income. This home is not eligible for Section 8, therefore we are unable to accept housing vouchers. One, well-behaved, non-aggressive (breed restrictive), spayed/neutered dog is allowed with a $500 non-refundable pet fee. The dog must be leashed when taken for walks and cannot be left tied up outside or left in a crate or pen and must be picked up after. First month's rent and security deposit, equal to one month's rent due upon lease signing.
