Do you allow pets?
YES! We are pet-friendly.
Home buyers do not have to pay a pet fee.
For home renters, we require a non-refundable pet deposit and an additional $40 per month per pet. Pets must be housebroken, reside inside the residence or be on a walking leash (limit 2 pets per home).
What is the purpose of the application?
We require everyone to fill out an application for a variety of reasons.
Our application process is designed so Augustine Property Management can learn more about our prospective residents, and helps us ensure that we put people in homes they can responsibly afford. Additionally, the criminal background check allows us to maintain a safe community.
What do I need to apply?

2. A Driver’s license Or Government-issued ID
3. Recent Paystubs for proof of income
4. $60 per adult applicant
What does the application show and review?
The application goes over criminal background, credit history, income amount, and previous rental history.
I have bad credit. Does that count me out?
Not necessarily. We are looking for residents who pay their rent on time and are a positive addition to our community.
Current income and criminal record are also considered.
How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $60 per adult. Each Applicant must submit one application per adult (18+) per household.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes. If you are renting a mobile home or duplex you will be required to pay a home deposit.
If you are renting a mobile home lot, and you will be required to pay a site deposit fee.
Can I bring in my own mobile home?
Yes! We have many open lots that are ready for a home! An application and approval are required prior to moving in.
Can I purchase a mobile home from you?
Yes, pending availability and approval. We offer a variety of financing options, through our banking relationships, but, of course, you can pay cash or arrange your own financing.
Homes purchased from us must remain in the park for four years after purchase.
