1995 park model 1 bedroom and I bathroom. Vaulted ceilings. New hardwood floors just installed. Florida room makes so much more room. You can use it for an additional bedroom or family room. AC in every room. Furnace forced air. Skylight in bathroom. Roof in excellent shape.Ceiling fan in master. I have a cal king bed and it fits. We just had it pressure washed and gutters cleaned. Two sheds. One for garden tools and the big one for whatever you want. It has electric ran to it. The Florida room is the entire length of the home. The park now charges $701 monthly. There?s a pool and lots and lots of amenities. They also have two clean big beautiful laundry room. Tons of machines. You?ll never have to wait for a machine. The office takes good care of its tenants. The only thing you pay for is electricity. The hottest time of summer my bill was $120 and $65 for low.
