Looking to move mid May 2003 Fairmont double wide 26x60 Split floor plan with huge living room and master bedroom with shower, tub and huge walk-in closet. Very quiet neighborhood. All appliances stay except washer and dryer. Furnace and AC work well. Furnace had new parts installed recently. Water heater also excellent. New screens in windows New shower drain Needs new carpet or vinyl flooring if preferred and could use new paint in some of the house but it's not bad at all. Master bedroom and bathroom have been painted. No problems with roof or flooring. Skirting has been replaced. Nice sturdy 10x10 shed with peg board and shelving to accommodate tools. Owner is moving out of state. Community is all age, but mostly retirees. Very quiet and not much traffic. Park management is extremely polite and fair. Lot rent + water + garbage is around $550 after recent increase. Fenton Oaks is the cheapest, nicest and quietest park within a 20 miles radius. It is very close to shopping and restaurants while still being secluded. The streets have been recently resurfaced and the park management is very courteous. The park may be able to help with financing.
