This home is near our salt water bayou where you can watch the dolphins and manatees play and see plenty of other wildlife. Our lot rent is $925.00 a month for 2024 and that includes water, sewer, and garbage. There is also a pass through charge that is $82.91 a month. We are a 55 plus community and the second person can be 45 plus. We require a minimum credit score of 650, no evictions, foreclosures, or criminal record.
