A select few will be for available for rent (approx. $1,250.00 per month which includes Lot Rent) and some will be available for purchase ($78-95K turn-key-ready) This brand new home is located at 27A Fox Haven Dr. and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, laundry room, new decks, and a neutral color pallet chosen for the interior finishes. Our community handles all grass cutting & trimming at no cost to you.
