One owner home. This is a very well maintained home. The furnace and central air are 2 years old. The Roof is 5 years old. The appliances are 2 years old also. The home is located in Edgewood Court in North Fargo. The park rent is over 200 a month less than the other parks. Very large pie-shaped lot. The owner lost his wife about a year ago. He felt it was time to move on to something a little easier. The home has access to the master bath from the utility room. This is very convenient for a lake cabin. Folks can come in the end door and go right into a bathroom. You don't have to walk through the entire home to get to the bath. The master bath has a 30" shower. It is not in the pictures.
