Beautifully well maintained mobile home in senior mobile park 55+ community corner lot, 4 miles from the strip. Security guard present open community right across the street from Sam?s Town. New hardwood flooring in kitchen and living room and hallway. Some updates that have made this place look more aesthetically pleasing. Must be approved by park pass income/ criminal record. PLEASE keep in mind this park would be wonderful for someone retiring with very limited income. Our total bills for the month are about $750 for rent counting all utilities. I have receipts and I?m looking for serious buyers only so please don?t waste my time. The air conditioner was JUST replaced and this house has been maintained by a reputable pest control company which I also have receipts for every three months for the last five years. AGAIN serious buyers only call for questions all appliances stay.The place has to be paid for in cash. I own the mobile home. I do not own the property in which it sits. The rent is $205 a month and has not gotten up more than $30 in the last 10 years.
