Our newest lots rent for $250/month (with $250 deposit) which includes year round water, sewer and trash. This is not for full time housing . You must provide proof of current residence elsewhere Neighbors Of Peaceful Valley. Office hours are 8-5pm M-F. I will not respond to late night messages until the next day. We have a community clubhouse, shower house on site, outdoor gathering area and all the amenities of Bennett Spring State park just up the road.
