You cannot go wrong with this home at a fantastic price. The kitchen is open for easy entertaining. There is a large living room where you can entertain guests. There is a porch/ deck to enjoy the view with your morning coffee and reading material. There is a second small bonus room that can be used for storage or as an office. You can enjoy the view close by of the salt water bayou, dolphins playing and manatees swimming along with other wildlife. The community is very friendly and welcoming. Enjoy a game of bingo at the clubhouse and enjoy our coffee hour on Thursdays or game time several days a week. We also have a monthly breakfast and a monthly pot luck dinner at our clubhouse along with holiday parties. We have a wonderful library, a puzzle area, a billiards room and shuffleboard. We are only a few minutes from the beach, shopping, entertainment, multiple restaurants, grocery stores, parks, and just a few short blocks from the Pinellas Trail where you can enjoy a morning jog, a bicycle ride or even skating.
