1980 Commordore Mobile Home

This is a comfy two-bedroom, one bathroom home on a nice, quiet street in desirable Huron Shores mobile home community! New flooring, new bathroom, a portable island are just some of the updates for this home. Lots of sunlight in the rooms to help with electric lighting costs. Your lot rent covers water, sewer, trash pick-up, and road snow removal, so you are only responsible for electricity, gas, and internet. Nowhere in the park are you more than a 5 mn. walk to our private 1000+ ft. private beach, with as clubhouse that has a laundry facility, indoor mailboxes, fitness room, game room and large carpeted room for rent when your company exceeds the size of your home! We host an event every month, anything from Pizza and Movie Night to Brunch to BBQs. We also have Pinochle, Euchre, Mexican Poker, Poker, Bingo and sometimes there are craft and art classes! We are a close-knit community that look out for each other and welcome everyone! Call to schedule a viewing and see for yourself!
